• Usage data: basic diagnostic information such as crash logs and feature usage, used to keep the App reliable.

The App does not collect the location of your mobile phone for tracking purposes — location data shown in the App comes from the GPS hardware installed in your vehicles.

3. How We Use Information

• To display real-time vehicle location, route playback, and reports in your account.
• To send alerts and notifications you have enabled (e.g., overspeed, ignition, geofence, anti-theft).
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App and our tracking services.

4. Push Notifications

We use a push notification service (OneSignal) to deliver alerts you enable in the App. A device-level notification identifier is shared with this service solely for delivering notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in the App settings or your phone's system settings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only:

• With service providers who help operate the App (e.g., hosting and push notification delivery), bound to use it only for that purpose.
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.

6. Data Retention

Vehicle tracking history is retained on our servers for as long as your account remains active, in line with your service subscription. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us using the details below.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to our servers, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
